Isabel Ignacio Caridade has significant experience in educational support roles, currently serving as Assistente de Projetos and Assistente Acadêmico at GEN | Grupo Editorial Nacional since May 2014. Responsibilities include managing and updating online courses in Moodle, conducting usability tests, providing training, and supporting students with time management and study techniques. Isabel also has experience as an Assistente Acadêmico at Ibmec, focusing on distance education, and as an Auxiliar Acadêmico at Curso Ênfase, where duties involved coordinating schedules and managing educational materials for legal courses.
