Ramón Santoyo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member and Digital Transformation Committee Chair at BANCO DEL BAJIO since 2019, Ramón also holds similar roles as Independent Board Member and Cybersecurity Committee Chair at Grupo Financiero Aserta, and as Head of the Cybersecurity Commission at ProDesarrollo. In addition to advisory positions at the Instituto Mexicano de Teleservicios and Regcheq, Ramón was the Founder and President of UBCubo, a pioneering RegTech firm in Mexico. Previous roles include Independent Board Member at Banco Forjadores and Director of Electronic Banking at BANAMEX. Educational qualifications include an International MBA from IE Business School and a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
