Laura Su Perales has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Gerente de reclutamiento and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aserta since July 2017. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at BBVA Bancomer from April 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of position descriptors and the recruitment of specialized profiles. Additionally, Laura contributed to the quality management of HR processes at BBVA Bancomer earlier in 2012. Laura holds a Posgrado in Marketing from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a Licenciatura en Administración from the same institution.
