Alberto Gonzalez is a seasoned technology and operations manager with extensive experience in various roles within the IT sector. Currently serving as Gerente Corporativo de Tecnolog¨ªa y Operaciones at Grupo Efe since August 2019, Alberto is responsible for overseeing multiple departments, including IT, Operations, Customer Service, Processes, Budget Control/Demand Management, and Information Security. Previous positions include roles as Gerente de Tecnologias de la Informacion and Gerente de Infraestructura y Servicios TI as an independent consultant, and Gerente Central de TI at CAMPOSOL S.A. Alberto also held significant positions at ICPower/Kallpa Generaci¨®n, HOCHSCHILD MINING, and Scotiabank Peru.
