Lilian Sousa has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Lilian began their career as a Sales Assistant at SulAmérica in 1998 before transitioning to a Quality Analyst role at Walmart. Lilian then worked as a Sales BackOffice Coordinator at TIM NORDESTE and later became a Senior Sales Coordinator at TIM Brasil. In 2006, Lilian joined Via Varejo SA as a Process and Quality Manager. Lilian then worked at GPA as an HR Senior and Project Corporate Manager. From 2014 to 2018, Lilian served as the HR and Management Director at Saraiva. Following that, they took on the role of HR Director at Saint-Gobain Distribuição Brasil, where they played a key role in the company's transformation program. Most recently, in 2022, Lilian worked as the Human Resources Director at Pepkor Holdings Limited. Lilian is currently the Development Human and Organizational Director at Grupo Edson Queiroz, starting in 2023.
Lilian Sousa has an education background in Administration and Business. Lilian completed a Degree in Administration of Companies at the Universidade de Pernambuco. Lilian later pursued further education by completing a Course in Retail Post-Graduation at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, they obtained an Executive MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ. Recently, they completed a Stakeholders and ESG Extension Course at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Lilian also holds certifications in Future Leadership from Hyper Island, DCH Brazil from DCH - International Organization of Human Capital Managers, and APG Senior from AMANA-KEY. Lilian has also participated in the Executive Program at SingularityU Brazil and received training in Conscious Capitalism from Instituto Capitalismo Consciente Academy.
