Thiago Oliveira Santos is an accomplished technology professional with a strong background in software development, architecture, and team leadership. Currently serving as Teach Lead at Grupo Boticário since December 2022, Thiago previously held significant roles at MaxMilhas, including Senior Software Engineer and Software Architect from September 2019 to December 2023. Thiago's early career included positions at TOTVS as a Software Developer from February 2013 to August 2019 and at vip-systems as a Developer from January 2006 to March 2012. Thiago holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Centro Universitário FIEO, completed between 2005 and 2009.
