Matt Clark possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Field Training Manager and previously as Field Training Coordinator at Condado Tacos since September 2020. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants from October 2014 to September 2020, including Field Training Specialist, Restaurant Manager, NRO Bartender Trainer, and Lead Restaurant Trainer. Matt's earlier experience includes roles at Buffalo Wild Wings as Shift Lead, Lead NRO Trainer, and Certified Trainer from September 2012 to October 2014. Educational background includes attendance at Grayslake Central High School.
