Annie Santiago has a diverse work experience. Annie started their career as an Intern - Auxiliar Administrativo at Librería Bazar J & A in 2011, where they were responsible for budgeting, accounting, and coordinating with suppliers. In 2012, Annie worked as an Intern - Analista de Procesos Junior at Oil & Transformers S.A.C., where they supervised and optimized logistics processes and analyzed costs for material procurement. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil - RENIEC as a Process Data Analyst, responsible for parameterizing business rules and use cases and gathering requirements for database development. In 2019, Annie joined Prize - Strategy driven actions as a Project & Management Controller, focusing on optimizing internal processes and defining KPIs. In 2022, they transitioned to Grupo Binternational as a Project Manager.

Annie Santiago's education history is as follows:

From 2009 to 2012, Annie attended Instituto Superior Tecnológico Maria de los Ángeles (CIMAS) and obtained a Professional Technical degree in Administration with a focus on Administrative Assistance.

From 2015 to 2019, Annie studied at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in general Administration and Business Management.

In 2019, Annie attended Berlitz Srbija - Škola stranih jezika and completed a course in Intermediate English.

From 2020 to 2021, Annie enrolled in ESAN Graduate School Of Business and pursued a specialization in Process Management.

Finally, in 2021-2022, Annie attended EAE Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Annie has also acquired several certifications. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Business Process Management (BPM), Quality Management with Six Sigma, Portfolio Management of Projects with Agile Methodologies, OKR, BSC, KPI, and SCRUM from ESAN Graduate School of Business. In 2020, they also received a certification in BPMN Tools for Process Modeling and Simulation.
