Nico Kolumban currently serves as Jefe de producción at Grupo Avintia, overseeing the construction of 51 residences, storage rooms, garages, and a pool solarium since February 2024. Prior experience includes a similar role at Quabit Construcción SA, managing the production of 62 units from May 2023 to February 2024. Nico has a solid foundation in technical aspects, with experience as Técnico en Medición, Presupuesto y Costes de Proyectos, and a background in architectural studies, having graduated with a Grado en Arquitectura Técnica from Universidad de Alcalá. Additional roles range from a Jefe de producción at ARPADA, where 135 units were developed, to various positions in warehousing and teaching karate. Nico has pursued further education in BIM applications, enhancing proficiency in software tools such as REVIT and AUTOCAD.
