Marta Dias has been working at Grupo Ageas Portugal since July 2017, focusing on product development, pricing, and business analytics. Marta ensures that new products are well-developed, documented, and implemented effectively. Previously, Marta worked at Ocidental Grupo from 2011 to 2017, where Marta managed the migration of the life insurance portfolio to a new operating system. Marta holds a Master's degree in Finance and Taxation from FEP U. Porto and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
