Joanna Socha is a seasoned recruitment and employee branding specialist currently serving as a Senior Recruitment & EB Specialist at Grupa Żywiec Sp. z o.o. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Joanna held the position of Recruitment Specialist at Danone from September 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included conducting end-to-end recruitment processes in the IT & Data sectors, actively sourcing candidates, managing a candidate database, and facilitating workshops on SAP SuccessFactors and MS Teams, all within an Agile environment. Joanna began their career as an HR Trainee at LUX MED and also worked as a Senior Patient Service Specialist at the LUX MED Aeromedical Center. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS.
