Marta Niedzwiecka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Marta began their career as a Sales Specialist at Alparts Truck Service in 2014, where they focused on approaching customer requests comprehensively and providing quotes for a wide range of products. Marta worked diligently to establish long-term relationships through the provision of full after-sales service. In 2017, they joined Nord Pol Service as a Sales Specialist until 2018. Marta then moved on to work at LEOCODE in 2018 as a Business Researcher, where they played a role in creating marketing campaigns, specifically Facebook Ads and cold mailing. Marta also organized regular meetings with the technology team. In 2019, Marta joined Grupa Maspex as an Employment and Payroll professional, a role they continue to hold.

Marta Niedzwiecka's education history includes completing a post-graduate program in Personnel and Payroll from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, which took place from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Management in Tourism and Hotels from Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy, spanning from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting/Labor law from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, starting in 2019 and expected to finish in 2021.
