Mariola Skęczek has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mariola started their professional journey in 2010 as a Specjalista ds. depozytów i kredytów at SKOK PIAST, where they were responsible for cashier and deposit/credit services, meeting sales targets, and maintaining proper document storage. From 2012 to 2020, they worked as a Starszy specjalista at Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A., handling customer account, deposit, and documentation management, as well as handling BIK, MIG, and KRD systems. In 2020, they joined Agropunkt as a Sprzedawca, serving customers, managing cash registers, fulfilling orders, and completing sales-related tasks. Currently, since 2022, they are a Trade Execution & Operations Junior Specjalist at Grupa Maspex.

Mariola Skęczek completed their primary and secondary education at Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych im. M. Kaleckiego from 2005 to 2009, specializing in commerce. Mariola then pursued higher education at Wyższa Szkoła Finansów i Prawa w Bielsku Białej from 2011 to 2016, earning a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting. Currently, they are enrolled in a postgraduate program at WSB University, studying Managerial Studies at the MBA level, with an expected completion date in 2022.
