Natália Ujcz-Takács has over 20 years of experience in various human resources roles. Natália is currently working at GRUNDFOS as the Head of Country HR and Plant HR Support. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Plant HR Manager / Country HR Lead and Lead HR Business Partner at the same company. Before joining GRUNDFOS, they worked at TE Connectivity as an HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist / Acting HR Manager. Natália also served as a PD & Recruitment Manager at Sanofi and a Supervisor of Training and PD at Erste Bank Hungary. Natália began their career as a Researcher at Amrop Kohlmann&Young.

Natália Ujcz-Takács received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching and Educational Organiser from Nyugat-Magyarországi Egyetem, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Natália later pursued a degree in HR Management at Debreceni Egyetem from 2001 to 2003.
