Morten Bach Jensen currently serves as Divisional CEO and Group Senior Vice President for Domestic Building Services at GRUNDFOS, overseeing the largest Performance Unit with significant global turnover and full P&L responsibilities. Previous roles at GRUNDFOS include Group Vice President for the HVAC OEM division and Group Vice President of Group Marketing & Sales Development, where Morten was accountable for strategic sales initiatives and marketing strategies across multiple global functions. Morten also holds board positions at Biral AG and Deutsche Vortex GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on advanced pump technologies. An experienced academic, Morten has contributed to higher education as an Associate Professor at Aarhus University and previously served in various leadership roles in sales and marketing at GRUNDFOS Management A/S. Morten's extensive educational background includes a Ph.D. in Marketing and degrees in IT and Engineering.
