Katalin Zentai

Katalin Zentai has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Katalin is currently working as the Lead Project Manager Supply Chain at GRUNDFOS, where they focus on generating project sales revenue and improving customer experience. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Project Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for driving global projects from inception to implementation and providing excellence in transitions, change, communication, knowledge, and stakeholder management.

Before joining GRUNDFOS, Katalin worked at ExxonMobil BSC Budapest in various leadership roles. As Senior Unit Supervisor, they led teams responsible for refinery volumetric accounting, general accounting fixed assets, and volumetric accounting within the Controllers organization. Their responsibilities included managing inventory reconciliation, supporting staff during month-end close periods, and identifying control gaps. Katalin also served as a Demurrage Claim Analyst, where they calculated, analyzed, and assessed demurrage claims while negotiating with external and internal customers.

Katalin's work experience also includes a role as an ERP system implementation Consultant at KFKI ISYS IT Ltd. - Currently ISYS ON. In this role, they implemented the financial module of an ERP system, conducted customer training, managed the helpdesk, and communicated with the parent company.

Katalin Zentai obtained a Bachelor of Controlling degree in Controlling from Budapest College of Management in the years 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Economics Teacher degree in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest (University of Economics) from 2006 to 2009. In 2017, they completed a PRINCE2 Foundation certification in Project Management from PeopleCert on behalf of AXELOS. Lastly, in 2019, they acquired a Certified Scrum Product Owner - Agile certification from Agile42 in Project Management.
