Kimberly Henshall began their work experience in 2000 at Universal Orlando, where they served as a Status Lead until 2006. In November 2006, they joined the Grunau Company as a Project Coordinator, and their tenure in this role is ongoing.

Kimberly Henshall studied at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
