Taylor Nicole Young is an experienced Internal Communications Manager with a strong background in employee engagement and company culture. Currently serving at Grubhub, Taylor has previously held similar roles at Meta and Yelp, where Taylor focused on internal communication strategies for various teams, including Messenger and Diversity & Belonging initiatives. Prior to those positions, Taylor worked at Paycom as a Senior Communication Specialist, enhancing employee communication across multiple locations. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication, both from Oklahoma State University.
