Nicole Rangnow has extensive experience in leadership and operations, currently serving as Team Lead at Grubhub since August 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating QA coaching, extended training, and data-driven projects across various business lines. Nicole also holds the position of Vice-Chair of Women of Grubhub and Recruitment Lead for the Women’s Employee Resource Group. Prior to Grubhub, Nicole worked at J.C. Penney from October 2013 to July 2018, focusing on customer experience as a Customer Experience Specialist in the In Home Custom Window division. Nicole's career began at Acme Markets, where employment spanned from March 2003 to September 2013 in various roles, including Clerk and Cashier Trainer. Nicole graduated from Glasgow High School with a high school diploma.
