Beijia Wang currently serves as the Director of People Operations & Insights at Grubhub, responsible for overseeing HR processes, technology, compliance, and data analytics since October 2024. Prior to this role, Beijia held the position of Director, Head of HRIS at Sotheby's from July 2020 to August 2024, where leadership involved the design and implementation of a global HR technology strategy. Beijia's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Global HRIS at Laureate Education, Inc., managing HR systems, compliance, and reporting, as well as various roles in HRIS within the organization, contributing to significant transformation initiatives. Beijia began a career in research as a Research Assistant at Boston University and holds a Master's degree in Market Research from the same institution, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from China University of Political Science and Law.
