Laura Arbuckle has an extensive work experience in various fields. Laura started their career in 1992 as an Assistant District Attorney at the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office, where they represented the State of Wisconsin in criminal prosecutions. After seven years, they became a Partner at Kohn Arbuckle Smith, specializing in criminal defense and also worked with Wisconsin tribes for specialized legal services. In 2004, Laura joined the Department of Administration as the Division Administrator of Intergovernmental Relations. Laura was responsible for strengthening the state's relationship with tribal governments and implementing strategic plans. Laura then moved to Potawatomi Bingo Casino in 2007, where they served as the Human Resources Director and oversaw various HR functions. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee until 2017. Finally, Laura is currently the Director of Human Resources at Gruber Law Offices, LLC.
Laura Arbuckle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, attending from 1983 to 1986. Laura then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at the same university, studying from 1989 to 1991.
