Martin Holden-White is the Founder and CEO of Grubby, the UK's highest-rated 100% plant-based recipe kit company, established in September 2019 with a mission to create irresistible plant-based meals. Prior to Grubby, Martin served as the Business Development Manager at Feastly, driving business development strategies for innovative office food solutions from November 2018 to December 2019. Martin's experience includes roles as Business Development Manager and Executive at BaxterStorey, where positions were held from September 2014 to November 2018, alongside a Management Graduate role. Earlier experience at Sodexo involved managing restaurant and events from July 2011 to September 2014. Martin also worked as a Bar Manager at BaxterStorey for a short stint, engaged in onboard management placement with Cunard, and had hospitality roles at TUI Travel PLC and Thrales Restaurant. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University.
