Phillip Osborn has worked as an Information Security Analyst and Senior IT Specialist at GRSi since October 2013. Prior to that, Phillip worked at Micro Center from October 2007 to May 2014 as a Tech III/Department Lead and Technical Support Lead. At GRSi, Phillip provides full IT support to the executive offices of the NIDDK and orchestrates larger departmental projects. At Micro Center, Phillip performed hardware and software diagnosis and repair of various types of personal computers, workstations, servers, and printers, as well as administered and upgraded workstations, printers, and networking equipment for infrastructure support.
