Shir Noff has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. In 2004, they served as a Section Manager in Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Consultant for Kimron Consulting, providing technical and market analysis, budget creation, and business plans for startups and corporates seeking funding. From 2015 to 2018, Shir Noff was self-employed as an Operations Project Manager, leading various projects for leading companies, government agencies, and large non-profits. They improved cross-organizational processes, implemented new software, and managed cross-organizational interfaces. In 2019, they joined GrowthSpace as an Operations Manager.

From 2008 to 2013, Shir Noff pursued a Bachelor of Science in Medicine at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
