Nitzan Nissim began their work experience as an Assistant Finance Manager at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems in 2014. They then joined KPMG as a CPA and Senior Auditor in 2016, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, Nitzan became the Financial Controller at Algatechnologies, a role they held until 2021. They then moved to Yotpo as a Financial Controller until 2022. Currently, Nitzan is working as a Corporate Controller at GrowthSpace.

Nitzan Nissim pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2018 to 2020 at the Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management. During this period, their field of study focused on financial management and capital market. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2015, Nitzan Nissim attended the University of Haifa where they achieved the highest honor as a graduate. At the University of Haifa, their studies were concentrated on accounting and economics.
