Biveesh Balan M has worked in the tech industry since 2012. Biveesh Balan began their career at Blue Apple Technolabs PVT Ltd as a UI/UX Designer in 2012. In 2014, they moved to GreenPepper Digital as a Frontend Web Developer. In 2015, they joined PrimeMove Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a UI/UX Team Lead. Finally, in 2018, they were promoted to Senior UI Team Lead at GrowthPlug.

Biveesh Balan M completed their High School at G H S S Chayoth in 2006. Biveesh Balan then went on to pursue a Higher Secondary at G H S S Parappa from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Business/Commerce, +2. In 2009, they attended Nova Institute for Multimedia Animation. Following this, they earned their Bachelor's Degree from St Thomas College, MG University in 2013. Lastly, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NIBM in 2016.
