Anina Botha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product growth and UX strategy across multiple domains. Currently a Creator at Ten Slash One since October 2019, Anina specializes in launching MVPs, increasing conversion rates, and enhancing product retention for early SaaS startups. As a member of Toptal's elite freelance network since October 2022, Anina offers top-tier UX strategic insights. Concurrently, Anina serves as a Growth Mentor at GrowthMentor, focusing on providing UX feedback and design management for startups. Additional roles include UX Strategist at A.Team, Service Designer at Yara International, Product Design Coach at Allora Collective, and past experiences as a Virtual UX Event Speaker at PowerToFly and Startup Mentor at Newchip Accelerator.
