Thomas Heeg is an experienced Learning Experience Designer at Growth Tribe Academy, responsible for the development and quality of learning products while guiding trainers and domain experts. With a background in growth marketing, Thomas has also served as a Growth Coach and Trainer for various programs, and has been involved in coaching high potentials. Prior roles include Growth Marketer at Friends call me Jim, Creative Strategist at Boomerang, and freelance Content Marketer at KLM, where Thomas worked on digital advertising campaigns and social media content. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media from Hanze and completed a program in Growth Marketing at Growth Tribe.
