Roger Kumar currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Finance at Virta Health, a role undertaken since 2022. Prior to this, Roger held leadership positions in finance at Butterfly Network, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing product finance for a company that went public in early 2021 and raised approximately $1 billion in capital. Roger also contributed to Maven Clinic as Director of Finance, leading financial planning and analysis for a leading women's and family health platform, and held a similar role at COTA, Inc., directing finance and business strategy for a data-focused oncology SaaS company. Earlier career experiences include positions at Capital Group as an Investment Research Associate and Goldman Sachs in equity research, focusing on biotech and pharma sectors. Roger holds a Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from George Mason University.
