Bartek Dzudzewicz is a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer with a robust background in leading design teams and projects across various companies. Currently at Growbots since May 2020, Bartek previously held roles as a User Experience Designer at BOLD and as a Senior Product/UX Designer & Researcher and Design Lead at bdzu.design. Bartek's experience at Livespace as UX Team Leader involved overseeing design processes and collaborations aimed at product redesign and user research, contributing significantly to the development of a cohesive design system. Earlier career roles included UX Designer at Enveloop and experience as Managing Director and Director of Operations at Dive Polska, where Bartek was instrumental in formulating growth strategies and managing high-profile client relationships. Bartek holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw and has furthered professional education through the Interaction Design Foundation.
