At Grover, Phillipe held titles such as Vice President of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager, overseeing and guiding numerous teams to improve efficiency and profitability. Previously, at QuintoAndar, Phillipe played a key role in the company's growth and cultural development. Additionally, Phillipe co-founded SealTech, contributing to the success of a major hackathon in Latin America. With a Bachelor's Degree in Sistemas de Informação from Fatec Carapicuiba, Phillipe has a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering impactful projects and leading successful teams.
