Jennifer started their career at Covad Communications in 1998 as a Sr Program Manager, handling strategic initiatives. In this role, they successfully led cross-functional teams and managed the deployment of an improvement effort, reducing costs paid to the company's supplier by 60%.
In 2000, Jennifer joined Ten Square Networks as Director of Customer Support and Process, where they oversaw customer support operations and streamlined processes.
Jennifer then returned to Covad Communications in 2001 as the Sr Manager of Metrics and Reporting. Here, they developed a strategic vision and managed the deployment of a cost-saving initiative to minimize expenses paid to the company's supplier. The project resulted in a significant reduction in costs, from $25 million per month to $10 million per month.
Jennifer joined Pac-West Telecomm in 2002 as a Sr Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing multiple VOIP implementations. Jennifer worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop operational processes and system designs for direct end users and wholesale customers.
From 2007 to 2008, Jennifer served as a Business Analyst at Telepacific, where they led business process and systems analysis for the Customer Care Organization. Jennifer documented present and future process modes, conducted analysis, and made recommendations for system enhancements.
In 2008, they transitioned to Purple Communications, Inc as a Technical Project Manager, where they successfully managed various projects.
Jennifer joined TelePacific Communications in 2010 as a Senior Analyst and Product Developer. Jennifer played a key role in projects such as developing metrics and reporting for accountability, implementing systematic improvements, and managing large-scale IT and network upgrades.
Most recently, Jennifer worked at GroupOne, IT for Everyone as a Systems, Process, and Project Consultant.
Jennifer Fuller attended Santa Clara University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics. Additionally, they pursued a minor in 20th Century Continental Philosophy.
