Seema Kotecha ACMA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance across multiple industries. Since September 2017, Seema has held various leadership roles at Groupon, currently serving as Global Head of Commercial Finance for Local Experiences, National Brands, and Live Ticketing, after previously overseeing Commercial Finance for International and EMEA segments. Prior to Groupon, Seema worked at eBay as a Marketing Finance Business Partner and Senior Finance Analyst, and held the position of Business Planning and Reporting Analyst at Pearson. Additional experience includes Finance Manager at Studio Output, Regional Management Accountant at IPG Mediabrands, and Trainee Chartered Accountant at Hazlems Fenton LLP. Seema holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accountancy from Cass Business School, completed in 2009.
