Damien Schmitz is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. At Groupon since October 2012, Damien has held several senior positions, including Interim Chief Financial Officer and SVP, Finance, leading financial planning and analysis for the APAC region. Prior to Groupon, Damien worked at PwC, delivering strategy and operations consulting for the asset management sector, and at 3M Health Care, where responsibilities included global business development and strategic planning. Damien began career at Cambridge Associates, developing products and managing teams in performance reporting. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Business from Wake Forest University.
