Meg Williams is a Benefits Account Manager at Group Management Services, Inc., since December 2021, where responsibilities include preparing and delivering benefits renewals and educating clients on plan usage and trends. Prior experience includes serving as a Benefits Administrator at Serco from May 2020 to December 2021, coordinating benefit processing for the Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation. Meg also has experience as a Bank Teller at Farmers & Merchants State Bank, where attention to detail and customer service were paramount, and as a Cashier at The Great Escape/Chicago Home Fitness, providing customer support and product information. Meg holds a degree in Political Science from Bowling Green State University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
