Sara D'Ambrosio currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at GroupM Italy since March 2023. Previously, Sara held various significant roles at Talent Garden from January 2018 to March 2023, including Head of People & Culture, Senior Learning Experience Designer, and Head of Learning and People Development. Sara also has experience as a Career Advisor and Visiting Lecturer. Prior roles include founder and Digital Strategist at Rovescio, Digital Strategist & Project Manager at IQUII srl, and co-founding the non-profits Tortuga and Eideo Servizi Ingegneria S.r.l. Sara's educational background includes master's degrees in HR Management and Digital HR, among others, with a focus on digital transformation and project management.
