Janis Shaw is an experienced professional in client services and human resources, currently serving as the Client Services Lead at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions since January 2009. Previous roles include Sales Assistant positions at Wellington West and BMO Nesbitt Burns, and various management roles at Assurant, including Human Resources Manager and Senior Claims Examiner. Janis holds a CHRM in Human Resources Management from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.
