Xavier Bailo Fernandez is an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in nuclear new build projects and large infrastructure initiatives. Currently, Xavier serves as Project Manager at EAG (Empresarios Agrupados - GHESA) since June 2021, previously holding various managerial roles at Assystem, Egis, and Engage, focusing on civil works design and project management for nuclear projects in the UK and internationally. Xavier’s expertise includes overseeing calculation studies for EPR power plants and managing civil works for significant constructions, supported by a strong educational foundation, including an Executive Master in International Business from ESCP Business School and an Engineer's Degree in Structural Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
