Javier Buldón Ruiz is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the energy, waste, and automotive sectors. Currently serving at Empresarios Agrupados since May 2019, Javier has previously held project management positions at SENER Power, Oil & Gas, AVENTUM Waste & Energy, and ABB Spain, where responsibilities included project scope compliance, stakeholder negotiation, and automation control systems oversight. Notable projects include Noor I and Noor III in Morocco and Kathu in South Africa. Earlier roles include account management at JG AUTOMOTIVE and mechanical engineering at ALSTOM Transporte, demonstrating a well-rounded background in both technical and managerial capacities.
