Ariane Lamy has had a successful career in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ariane is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director at Groupe Touchette Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Talent Attraction Manager at Laura Canada, where they provided expertise, advice, and creative recruitment solutions. Ariane also worked at SNC-Lavalin, where they served as the Campus & Diversity Recruitment Program Manager for Canada, as well as a Senior Recruiter. Ariane began their career as a Human Resources Consultant/Senior Recruiter at SRH Ressources Humaines and also worked at CIA Inc. as Recruitment and Payroll. Throughout their career, Ariane has demonstrated strong leadership skills, developed winning recruitment processes, and coached and trained teams of talent attraction and recruitment specialists. Ariane has also played a key role in developing and maintaining programs and strategies for campus recruitment and graduates development.

Ariane Lamy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal from 2003 to 2006. In terms of certifications, they obtained the CRHA - CRIA certification from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés in June 2008 and the CPC certification from ACSESS (Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services) in May 2014.
