Josiane Randrianitovina possesses extensive experience in human resources and interpersonal communication, currently serving as DRH at Groupe Socota Madagascar since September 2019. With a strong focus on personal development and leadership training, Josiane has also been a consultant in human resources and social audit since July 2014. Education includes a Master's degree in Management from Universel Formation and studies at KMM from 1980 to 1984.
