Jordy Pillet is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Bel Ami since November 2021. Concurrently, Jordy holds the position of Directeur adjoint at both Buffalo Grill and Baïla Pizza France, starting in May 2017 and November 2016, respectively. From February 2019 to November 2021, Jordy was the Dirigeant d’entreprise at En route vers soi, focusing on personal and professional development coaching. Prior experience includes roles as Crew Manager at Burger King Corporation and Second de cuisine at Le Phare restaurant, among others. Jordy holds a Baccalauréat in Menuiserie / charpentier from Charles allies, completed in 2012.
