Lionel Welsch is an experienced professional in health, safety, quality, and environmental management, currently serving as the Responsable HSQE Groupe at Groupe SIAT since November 2016. Previously, Welsch held the position of Responsable Hygiène-Sécurité-Environnement at Groupe SOTRALENTZ, directing HSE services and implementing safety and environmental practices across French subsidiaries. Additionally, Welsch's career includes roles as an Ingénieur Environnement and Chargé de mission with a strong background in environmental regulations and management. Welsch holds multiple degrees in environmental management, including a Master of Science from Oxford Brookes University, and has pursued various certifications in safety and fire protection.
