Gilles Piquet-Pellorce is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Directeur général exploitation at VETFORCE-HARMONY since February 2023, Gilles also holds the position of Président-directeur général at G2P Consilium since September 2022. Previously, Gilles was Président du conseil d’administration at 2MX Organic from January 2021 to July 2022 and served as President du directoire at Groupe Planet Sushi from September 2019 to June 2022. Gilles held the role of Vice-président exécutif at SAMFI - INVEST from September 2017 to January 2019 and was Directeur général at Coopérative Biocoop from March 2011 to September 2017, overseeing network and subsidiary mandates. Additional roles include Président-directeur général at G2P-Invest s.a.s and Directeur Général at NEXIA. Gilles began a career at Groupe STG, serving as Directeur de filiales in the northern regions of France from 1999 to 2001.
