Stéphane CHAISE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational management within various sectors, particularly agriculture and viticulture. Currently serving as the Directeur général at Association E.A. CAP VERS since February 2023, Stéphane focuses on training and employment for individuals with disabilities in agriculture and related fields. As President of ESC2 since January 2022, Stéphane supports strategic projects for businesses and is a certified trainer in risk management. Additionally, Stéphane holds leadership roles including President of the audit committee at Groupe Mutualia and member of the surveillance council at REPAM ASSURANCES and MOMENTUM Assurances. Stéphane also serves as an administrator at Chateau de la Mar, President of the social and employment commission for the Association des viticulteurs d'Alsace, and a Prud'homal advisor at the Conseil des Prud'hommes de Colmar. Previous experience includes a significant tenure as Directeur Général at Domaines Schlumberger and founder of the innovative restaurant Ephémère S3.
