Sophie de la Clergerie has extensive experience in human resources and social law, currently serving as Responsable juridique droit social and previously as juriste droit social at Groupe LDLC since January 2018. Prior roles include Responsable RH at Groupe SEB, Consultante RH free lance focused on executive recruitment, and Responsable Ressources Humaines at Clairefontaine Rhodia, where Sophie implemented HR functions across multiple subsidiaries. Additional experience includes roles at Tecumseh Products Company, ARPEGE MASTER-K, and a legal internship at Fromont Briens. Sophie holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master 2 in Management and Development of Human Resources from IGS-RH and a Master 2 in social law from Université de Rennes I.
