Julien Nespola currently serves as Directeur r¨¦gional Occitanie at Groupe Lamotte since November 2022. With a strong academic background, Julien has been a Charg¨¦ de cours at Universit¨¦ Paul Val¨¦ry - Montpellier 3 since September 2011, teaching modules on sustainable attractiveness of port metropolises and the rehabilitation of industrial wastelands. Prior to these roles, Julien held the position of Directeur d¡¯agence Occitanie at Groupe Pichet from November 2018 to November 2022 and worked as a Collaborateur cadre in real estate promotion from January 2010 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Charg¨¦ de missions at the D¨¦l¨¦gation interminist¨¦rielle ¨¤ l'Am¨¦nagement du Territoire et ¨¤ l'Attractivit¨¦ R¨¦gionale (DATAR) from June 2008 to March 2009. Julien Nespola holds a Master and Doctorate in Urbanisme & am¨¦nagement du territoire from Universit¨¦ Paris-Sorbonne and a Licence in the same field from Universit¨¦ Paul Val¨¦ry - Montpellier III, alongside studies at the ?cole nationale sup¨¦rieure d'architecture de Nancy.
