With a background in mechanical engineering-automation from Université Laval, Ferland has held various leadership roles in companies like Michelin, Camso, and Camoplast, specializing in aftermarket sales, agricultural business, material handling, and track systems. Prior to their current positions, Ferland also worked as an Automation and Industrial Engineering Consultant at Tandem O.I.
