Bruno Traverse is an experienced executive in the food industry, currently serving as Directeur Général Euralis Gastronomie since November 2015. In this role, Bruno oversees the entire duck fattening supply chain for the EURALIS group, managing operations across three industrial sites in France, one in Bulgaria, and one in Canada, with a workforce of approximately 1300 employees. Prior to this position, Bruno was Directeur business unit filière palmipèdes gras at Maison Montfort, where responsibilities included managing duck fattening operations across multiple sites. Earlier roles include Directeur usine overseeing duck processing and production, as well as significant positions at CHARAL, where Bruno managed a business unit and industrial site for beef and pork processing, and at Groupe Bigard, where sales responsibilities spanned beef transformation. Bruno holds a DUT in biological engineering with a focus on food industries from Université Paris-Est Créteil and received education in management from éklore-ed School of Management.
