Xavier Dor has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Xavier started their career as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting in 1989 and worked there until 1991. Xavier then moved on to Habitat, where they held the position of International Project Director from 1991 to 2001. At Habitat, they were responsible for various projects, including the implementation of SAP retail in multiple countries and the outsourcing of IT activities. From 2001 to 2008, they worked at France Printemps as the Project & Organization Director, overseeing strategic and IT project governance and project portfolio management. Following that, they joined Conforama as the Organization Director from 2008 to 2012, where they continued their responsibilities in strategic and IT project governance and project portfolio management. Xavier then formed their own consulting firm, DOR conseil, where they worked as a Consultant from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they became the CIO Gémo and later the Organization and Projects Director at Groupe ERAM from 2013 to the present.
